• from 200 mm x 200 mm to 1000 mm x 1000 mm
• perimeter and support wire diameter: from 4 mm to 10 mm
• transversal and support wire diameter: from 1.4 mm to 4 mm.

Grills can be manufactured with different types of steel with different surface treatments: plasticisation, painting, galvanization etc.

Our technicians can program the machines to achieve optimised cycle times according to the production batches and guarantee a high aesthetic yield of the product.

With our solutions we can automate all steps of the process, starting from pre-cut bars: perimeter bending and welding, forming, assembly and trimming of the support rods and all accessories.

We can also produce different types of accessories such as shelf dividers and furniture for supermarkets, bathroom accessories and other types of covers such as ceiling lights.

Tecsal can create both the traditional line and the robotic island, versatile and adaptable to subsequent modifications.

With the same ad hoc designed robotic system it is possible to create potentially infinite products, reprogramming the robots based on new needs even subsequently modifying the machine setup.
