INFORMATION ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING – ART. 13 REG. 679/16

The personal data collected on this site and any other information associated with you, directly or indirectly, are processed and used in accordance with the principles established by Regulation 679/16.

Pursuant to and for the purposes of the aforementioned Regulation, the CONTROLLER informs you that any data acquired through the website will be processed using mainly IT tools and procedures, for the following purposes:

• answer the questions you have formulated;
• keep a database of the most frequent questions, proposals, communications;
• subscribe to our newsletter;
• technical management of navigation (see also the “Cookies treatment” section).

The provision of Registration Data is mandatory and failure to provide, even partial, the data expressly indicated as necessary for the pursuit of the purposes will make it impossible to answer your questions. The legal basis for carrying out the processing is given by art. 6 paragraph 1 letter. The data you provide may only be known by employees specifically authorized to process such data as data processors, and in any case for the sole purpose of perfecting the activities you requested. The appointees are bound to secrecy and confidentiality also on the basis of specific internal regulations. In any case, the data will never be disclosed to third parties.

The data you provide will be kept for the time required by laws and regulations.

The Data Controller is Tecsal2 S.r.l. – Via Luigi Galvani, 13 – 33083 – Villotta di Chions (PN) in the person of its legal representative, to whom you can contact to assert the rights provided for in articles 15, 16, 17, 18, 20, 21, 77 of Reg. 679 / 16. The rights can also be asserted against the Data Protection Officer if the Data Controller has appointed one.

The exercise of the aforementioned rights is subject to the limits, rules and procedures set out in the aforementioned Regulation and which you must know and implement. Furthermore, in accordance with the provisions of article 12 paragraph 3, the Data Controller will provide the interested party with information relating to the action taken without undue delay and, in any case, at the latest within one month of receipt of the request. This deadline may be extended by two months, if necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. The Data Controller informs the Data Subject of this extension, and of the reasons for the delay, within one month of receiving the request.
